We can globally set up how much and by what means we will ship - but we have the ability to change it before we send the WBN
Well, we really must have access to the insurance options in the WBN before we send it out.
Right now, I need to update my account's profile before I send out WBNs for those folks who I will offer insurance as an option and then go back and change the values in my profile before I send out the WBNs for those auctions that have winning bids below my insurance threshhold.

It should also be changable for each seperate auction when the auction is being listed. It should be right by the shipping options so you can change it to match the carriers prices. If you try getting the usps rates for fedex or ups people won't like that.
