ultimato	posted on March 17, 2002 04:55:22 AM If I combine 4 auctions in PSM, am I leaving 1 feedback or 4 when I click the feedback sent button? Customers are going to expect a feedback for each purchase, not just one for the total order. Also I think you should allow for feedback to be customized for combined orders--I don't like to leave the same wording for each feedback.
kahml	posted on March 17, 2002 05:53:06 AM Here's the explanation I got: When you combine auctions into one order, you are leaving feedback for ALL of the auctions when you select that PSM option. Note: The SAME phrase is used for all of the auctions in the order. If you want to leave >different< feedback for each auction, you need to go to the auction site, and manually provide it.

shoesheaven	posted on March 27, 2002 02:57:21 PM I tried to leave feedback for a combine order of three but AW said "Only one feedback per auction per site is allowed" huh? I haven't left any for that order! Please explain.

Perhaps you already submitted feedback for this, and the step was not yet checked because the system was unable to confirm it went through correctly? (we do a check, so the feedback step does not get checked instantly until we are sure it went through.) Christopher Got Questions?
