I am really disturbed that you would send out a checkout form with the WBN that has the wrong shipping. When I asked, you agreed that we could not customiize the shipping or place the words (for the first pound) after the $3.50 as it reads in the auctions, and we could not eliminate the form and just send the notice. No one will send the correct shipping for heavy items because they point to the form you sent. I didn't even know it was as bad as it was with a total and all until someone mailed me a copy today. There must be a way to send a WBN reminding them to pay without the default shipping (that must be filled in for it to go out) being included. On top of that you don't even mention PayPal or c2it being an option, only Money Order. I now have a bunch of deadbeats and angry bidders after I asked you to allow us to at least eliminate the attached form so they would only see $3.50 for the 1st pound. One guy petitioned eBay with your form to get his suspension removed for non payment and was reinstated because he had "proof".
All you've done is make it more complicated when all we needed was a way to see the bidder's ID without opening each one and a way to eliminate the form so they will email for shipping amount.

Hi Larkpoodle,
The form is part of the post sale process and cannot be eliminated. If you are going to send your WBNs automatically then you will have the default shipping attached to every WBN that you send. I have looked at your notice and I see that you clearly state for your winners to ignore the form and email you directly, and you also state your shipping.
If you have PayPal and C2it selected in your global preferences they should automatically be options in your auction, as well as your WBN. Where is it not mentioned?
