I need to know what is going here!! Last week when I sent out WBN for all of my dutch auctions I edited each one to give the winning bidder the total combined shipping for the items they won. when they went to checkout they were getting the combined shipping amount I edited multiplied by the number of items they won.
So this week I edited each dutch auction again, but this time I took the total combined shipping for what each person won and divided it by the number of items they won to toal the correct combined shipping. So I thought. I just had a person pay me the worng amount. when I looked at there checkout for their auction it showed the total combined shipping and didnt multiply it by the number of items they won like the first week.
Will someone please tell me which way the checkout is going to work. How am I suppose to edit my dutch auction WBN. Should the combined shipping be broken up per item or just one combined shipping chrge per auction. What is going on here!!!
