I just clicked on the Print Packing Slip option this morning -- and it has changed!
Ugh, there are now reverse black & white boxes -- black boxes with white text!
Does this really happen on print out? What happened to the old invoice? What are all the pixel settings at the top?
I would simply like to print an 8.5"x11" invoice -- that was available before this change. Where can I find the old link?
I used to get this when I was in the Post Option Management fields for an auction winner. Option 4. Now clicking on this option gets a new type of invoice.

THe new invoice looks terrible, IT IS NOT AN INVOICE IT IS A PACKING SLIP , THERE SHOULD BE A DIFFERENCE , AN INVOICE IS MORE PRESENTABLE THIS PACKING SLIP is totally amature looking now , before it was easy to read clear and aligned , now everything prints out all close together hard to read with no borders , Please examine this

Agree with jeweljack,
Give us back the old version of the invoice. This one is a joke! I cannot believe AW actually thinks it looks like an invoice. Huge font reading "Invoice/Packing Slip" is not what I see as a professional look. Everything else is just crammed into the top of the page. If you have difficulty determining how the form should look, try asking a few of us.
When I asked you to modify the Invoice/Packing slip to remove the extra space in each item, I had no idea you were going to generate this.
Simply put: it is a very bad design.
1. What you see on the screen is not what is printed - all of the grey bars and stuff.
2. No one needs one-half a sheet of paper just for the address label.
3. Readability suffers.
And as previously indicated, the spacing of the items is too "scrunched" - the readability is poor - especially with no break between the headings and the line items.
Please go back to the 1/3 - 2/3 set up you had before and increase the space between each of the entries just a little.
Also, where's the explanation of what the "pixels" setting is supposed to do for you?

Count me in as another who prefers the old format. The new one looks sloppy and also requires extra work. You have to go to the pull-down menu first if you just want the invoice, then refresh the page before you can print. So far the various new PSM features are just adding more time to my processing rather than saving me more time.

I agree - the old invoice was much better! Please revert to the old invoice. Having to scroll down/refresh/print is a waste of time and it also looks ridiculous all scrunched up. And black shading is also unecessary. It only wastes ink. Thank you.

The new form is not as clean as it needs to be, but it performs a task the old one would not. When you combine 9 auctions on one invoice, at least it is now on one page. The old version was not acceptable. I believe that there should be an options to set the page you wish one time and not have to select and refresh each time you print. Let us all help with the change, not stay in the dark ages.
