Is there a way to get rid of the insurance option when buyer goes to check out? I put my insurance in with the S&H in the listing and don't want them to be confused by the option to click on the insurance. I think it is too confusing. Some of these changes that have been made are causing problems.

Hi Pam,

You can check the "I don't offer insurance" radio button in Global Preferences. This way, your winners will not be able to select insurance.

Yes, and it is still a "global" setting - which means you have to turn it on and off before you send out each WBN.

PLEASE put this in each WBN as an option!!!

Does this mean if they try to click on the insurance option, nothing happens? I have the "I don't offer insurance" option checked, but it still seems confusing.
