I actually have two questions. First is there a way to scale down the size of the template so you don't have to scroll across the screen to read the auction?
Second question. I store an image on an ftp site that I use as the backround for my auctions. Apparently they are expriencing problems because my background has vanished. Would I be able to save the picture to auction watch and have a http address to include my html for my auction?
For the first question, check to see if you have any long lines of characters running together without spaces. If the template does not resize at all and runs way off to the side, typically it is because there is a long line of asterisks or the like in the item description which forces the template to extend way out to the end of that line.
If you would like to store your background image here, you will need to rewrite your HTML to point to it hosted here instead. From the image hosting tab, you can click to attach that image to an auction, select to attach it to a site other than eBay and get the URL to use in your HTML.
