When I go to renew - it says
"You have requested to change your current plan from Yearly Power Plan to Annual Listing Plan. A comparison of theese two plans is displayed below. To continue with the change, you need to confirm this selection and agree to the AuctionWatch terms and conditions" (Note your typos)
I have been waiting and waiting for this comparison of what I had verus what I will get. My plan expired 3/14. And If I understand things correctly I have ONLY until 3/28 to renew.
I really need to see if I am losing anything I use before renewing.
I was pointed in previous post to MY ACCOUNT page but I just don't see a comparision when I go to it.
Can you please get this updated so I know what I am losing?

Hi RichieRich,
Thanks for your inquiry, and I apologize for the delayed response. Under last year's Yearly Power Plan, sellers had access to nearly the entire suite. The only service on the site not provided was Sales Manager Business Edition. The Yearly Power Plan, however, is no longer offered.
You can review the pricing matrix here to understand what is and isn't offered under the Annual Listing Plan.
The Annual Listing Plan does not enable you to use Sales Manager Business Edition or the post-sale management features of Auction Manager. It has unlimited image hosting and access to Auction Manager and Auction Manager Pro for listings, as well as relist functionality. You also have access to your AuctionWatch Storefront. You can not, however, enable WBNs to be sent or track any of the post sale processes or print packing slips. The Annual Listing Plan also does not provide access to the customer database and e-mail system. The matrix gives complete details. I apologize for the confusing message about the comparison. Since the Yearly Power Plan is no longer offered, we don't have that part of the matrix built, which leads to this somewhat confusing message. I'll have one of our producers review that and see if we can find a better way to message that section. Thanks again for your inquiry.

If I sign up for Anuual Plan and later realize it is not the plan I need - CAN I CHANGE AND get credit for the $200 I already paid?
