Sorry if either of these have already been covered.
First--when buyers print out the confirmation page to mail payment it is cutting off the shipping amount. Twice I have been shorted and they told me the shipping was on the 2nd page and they only took the 1st page with them to the post office. I have noticed it myself when they send the page that says checkout--process order. The far right side of the page ends before the shipping amount prints.
Second---if they choose money order AW if offering them a link to Bidpay. I do not have that set as a payment option and I do not want my buyers thinking I expect them to use it. How can I have that removed from showing up on the checkout process?
1. I do not understand how this could happen. When you use the print page option in IE for either the Checkout/Confirm Order or the Checkout/Order Confirmation page all of the shipping and total due amounts fit well within a standard page. The printer would need to cut off almost half of the entire page to be able to remove the shipping from the printout.
At the bottom of this page, does it show the address it was printed from? If so, is it http://shop.auctionwatch.com/mantczak/cart.html ?
2. When I checked your Global Preferences, the box was checked to : 'Display button that enables convenient use of BidPay money order service.' I have since removed the check mark from this option and saved the change, it will no longer appear.

Thanks for taking care of the 2nd item. As to the first there is no URL at the bottom of the page. At the top is a really long one with lots of numbers. I can scan it and email it to you if you want.....
The final figures show up on the top of the second page. And I have no header or footer information appearing in my IE profile. All borders are set to 1/2 inch.
