I've had several customers over the last few weeks that tell me the links to the payment processing isn't working correctly.
Apparently they are getting to the checkout and select the payment method since I receive their information. From what I am understanding, they are not able to follow the links to Paypal or Billpoint

Hi Jlskool,
Is this happening to all of your customers, or just a few of them? If it is all of them, please make sure you've stored your payment IDs correctly in Global Preferences. If it is just a few, let me know some of the auction ID numbers so I can check out these listings.

Here are the comments from some of my customers. I'm not sure that all of them are affected since some of them pay by check or money order and then there are always those that completely refuse to use the checkout and go directly to the payment processing sites.
I have been unsuccessful in paying for Casper VHS. The link you provided for PayPal is not working. I have tried to pay using other ways. No Luck. Please provide assistance or send your mailing address so I can send you a check or money order.
Thanks,
BOB

I have tried to use your link to pay with PayPal but it does not seem to be working.

I would prefer to use PayPal, so what else can I do?
Please advise.
Thanks.

Like I said before, I beleive they are going through the checkout process and submitting the information, but the link that is provided isn't working to take them to the proper location for payment.
This is the result of your PayPal ID stored incorrectly. You have to enter the email address PayPal uses to submit payment to, if you cut off the email address portion and leave just the part before the @ - the link will fail.
Go to the My Account tab, and click on the Global Preferences to update your stored PayPal ID. Scroll to the bottom of the page to save the change when finished.
