Hi ddeva,
Where was this auction launched from? Did you change anything to the listing after it was launched, and was this a relist? I'm not sure why this is happening, is there anything different about this auction from the others? (besides the obvious)
If you search by auction ID in your Post Sale area, the item will come up in the Sold Items tab. It has the first four PSM keys shaded blue, so you can go ahead and continue with post sale.
