When selecting "Packaging Slip" from Post Sale Management options, the customer's Country does not appear when creating a combined Invoice/Address Label. It does appear on the packing slip, however.
In addition, the address label is suddenly appearing in all Upper Case letters, whereas previously it appeared as entered.
While I'm sure we can live with the all-upper case address label, the missing Country is nevertheless a serious problem. Please do resolve this as soon as possible.

Thanks for your rapid reply! We ship to all countries and I've been using OCR to read the address into my own database. I'll make some alterations at this end to accomodate your change (I'll merely preset the country field to USA, now that I know it's no longer going to appear on the address label).

Let me clarify this just a tiny bit--it's not "if the country is USA, it will not be printed"... it's "if the buyer's and seller's country MATCH, the country will not be printed". So for example, a seller shipping FROM canada, TO canada, will also not have the country printed. However, the seller shipping FROM canada, TO the US, *will* have the country printed.
(As you state, these changes only apply to the label section, not the invoice section.) These changes were made based on USPS feedback received by sellers.
