Hi cajamk,
It usually takes up to an hour to update the quantity information in inventory, after the auction close time. If the item was bought with BIN, the close time is unknown unless you have joined the mailstep project (change your email at eBay to [email protected])
Again, if you can provide us with listing ID or inventory ID of the items, this would be very usefull to us.
