I cannot seem to remember how to change the shipping on the packing slip and in the PSM.
The item I am trying to change is 1088067024 Quints picture. The buyer wants to change to priority mail instead of first class. I edited the WBN that had already been sent and put in the corrected shipping. The packing slip does not change. Or the shipping on the total on page. Please tell me how to do this. Pam
You need to edit the winner's response to reflect that they have chosen priority mail. This should update the packing slip as well. Let me know if it does not.
