My customer sent payment to me before I could send a completed auction notice. (it was Buy now on ebay, so it took a while for the completion to come throug AW)

How do I add her information so I can complete the sales steps through the hand AW checklist?

Hi Intercraft,

You can edit the WBN by going to the Post Sale Keys and clicking on "Edit" on the "WBN response received" line. Within that page you can enter the customer's information.
