I rescanned a couple of pics and since they came out much better, I "exchanged" them with two that were up..same name etc. Now, however, it doesn't show up in my auction. You can click on the little "click image to view larger version" and it shows up there..nice and clear. What's up with this? (it's under my "other" name you have listed for my ebay auctions..and end with:
6187, and 9961.
I want to do this to several of my pics, but not if I won't have pics anymore...help!!!
Thanks!

I thought this name was connected to the other name I have on AW..and that it was connected to the one I use on eBay..when I added a second name I was told it was. Can you email me privately and I'll give it to you, along with the auction numbers? Thank you.

Is this being addressed? I sent you by private email all the info. Right now I'm running two auctions without the pictures. I'd like to "change" other pics, but don't dare.
I am paying for these pics, why aren't they showing up?
Thanks you for prompt attention.

I got your email..I don't believe that the picture no longer shows up if you "swap" it. People on these boards talk all the time about swapping out a pic once someone has stolen their pic..and they have given us auctions to look at. I asked another person to change one of hers and her new pic shows up.
I wish you would look into that a little further..especially since the new pic shows up on the second page, after clicking on the "make this pic bigger".

I "swap" pictures often - All you need to do is delete the picture you don't want anymore on AW and then load the new picture with the same name on AW. Works slick and is no problem. If you don't use the same name for the picture, of course, it won't show up as AW won't know where to look for it. If you uploaded the pic under a different name - then you need to go into ebay and revise your auction to look for the new name of the picture - of course you can't do that if you have bids on your item. I hope that makes sense - if not email me and I will help you thru it.

thanks Corksmom..of course you can swap pics..but Brian wrote and told me they stopped that last March. Well, I've been doing it with no problems, up til this week. And my pic is correctly named, because you can click on the words that are usually under the first page picture (words are there..just not the picture), to make the picture bigger, and then it's there..the new picture! It's just not showing up on the first page, whre people would look. I've asked him to check with someone else, since I don't think he understands that the picture should show up..I'm now running two auctions with no pictures, that I have paid for. I have others I want to put in better pictures, but I don't dare..I'm apt to have ea bunch of auctions with no pictures. Something isn't right..I asked another person to "swap" one of her pics, and it worked fine...wish it would get fixed.
