All my auctions that closed are stuck in active (even if I keep hitting refresh), and when I click on the auction itself I get an error message that says it cannot be performed at this time - check ebay announcement board. Yet I can access ebay. Is this an AW problem or an ebay problem?

I can access ebay fine at their website, but I can't access them through your website. Doesn't seem to be an ebay outage...
If you follow the link that I posted above you can read what eBay has to say about the outage in that category. The category that your items are in has been down for a few hours.

Oh, wait...maybe because of the outage they aren't closed - ebay said they would extend those auctions 24 hours if they were due to end during the outage...would that be why they haven't moved to closed?
