I am confused. I relaunched 2 items that were purchased by a non-paying bidder. I clicked on NPB on the fulfillment list and then on split the 2 items. Then I edited them and relaunched. The Non-Paying bidder was sent 2 Congratulations e-mails which makes no sense and is even embarrassing, because I also just left Negative feedbacks.
What would I have done wrong? Pam
You have the auto WBN feature enabled -- it looks like the WBN went out to the non paying bidder before you finished splitting and relisting the items. You did not do anything wrong. If this happens again let us know.
