This is the message I get when I attempt to print the packing slip. I am also unable to edit the Winning Bidder response so that I can print the address label.

I need to be able to edit this.

This is my 2nd account and I have had some weird things happening with it. Should I just cancel it and re-open another one?

Hello,

You will need to uncheck the second step for this item, then you can edit the response so the invoice prints the full address.
