where are the post sale boxes under auction manager? the auctions that closed in the last hour (that ebay finally found) are not showing up. so no winning bidder notices are going out either and if somebody wanted to pay for their auction they couldn't?
anybody else?
SOMEBODY PLEASE FLIP THE SWITCH! AW was reporting them as closed but ebay extended them or something!

Hello,

Engineering is checking into the cause for this error currently. We will post back to the most recent thread on this issue, or make an announcement when we have more information available.

Any word yet? I sent out manual end of auction notices, but I have people who want to combine items and it's hard to track their email addresses down when I have 20 auctions that don't show up in the post sale thingy

My boxes are gone as well. The final prices are off too. When is this supposed to be fixed?

Just checking to see if you know when these will be fixed? I have some auctions that ended yesterday afternoon and you show they have no bidders, but today I received payments for some of those...can you double check on when they will be fixed?

Hello,

The auctions that don't contain post sale boxes are ones that eBay extended, due to some of the recent problems that they had. Unfortunately post sale will not be able to work with these auctions. This should only affect the clothing and jewelry categories.

Is there any way that they can be moved to the closed section then? Right now it's very confusing because they're filed under closed with no bidders, even though some have bids. Some that show no bids also closed with bidders - I'm afraid I'm going to accidentally relist those.
