Hi larrkpoodle,
I checked your account and it looks like they all did go out. If you had to do these manually, let me know when you sent them.

Hey, Sonya.
I had probably 8 auctions that ended last night but no WBN was sent out. Some of them I sent manually but some were having trouble getting the email address of the winner. They eventually got them and I sent manually. You can see which ones by the date the WBN went out.

There were 4-5 that were all white. Now there is only one left. Can they be all white and still have gone out? I don't think so though because these are the only ones where I hadn't heard from bidders. The ones that have been fixed I heard from today except for the one that remains white.

I just had to send out 4 WBNs manually because they were never sent. Mine were white too. I checked on them because I received e-mails from the buyers wanting to know the payment info etc.
Can someone fill us in on what is wrong?

Hi Larrkpoodle, LuskDeals, and Rnaudit1,
WBN's are sent after the auction close, with a delay of maximum 2 hours. If your auctions closed with winner and WBN was not sent, there may be a problem on our end. Please provide us some auction IDs in order to check and correct this issue.

710610270 This is the one still white. The others were white and then changed on their own or with your help. I did not send, too busy. Thanks.

I had the same problem last night. I had about a dozen auctions close and only half the WBNs went out. I did the rest manually this morning.

Hi Larrkpoodle, and Ultimato,
As Radu posted yesterday, WBNs are sent with some delay, which may be two hours at top. Simply selecting the items and refreshing them will enqueue the WBNs. Notice that PSM step one (WBN sent) gets checked only after WBN mail is actually sent. For item 710610270, WBN has been sent on 2002-04-10 at 18:37:10, probably after Larrkpoodle has refreshed it.
If WBN is not sent, please reload the page, and if the problem still persists, please give us an item ID. Thank you for your cooperation.
Marius

We're not talking about a couple of hours, more like the next day. The last one only went out after the bidder emailed me and I sent it two days later. I was leaving it for you to check. Guess that didn't work.

I also have one that did not go out, I wonder if it has to do with the high bidder problems on ebay, did this person really win?

Hi Hair2dye4,
When I refreshed your closed auctions the WBN went out for your auction. It looks like the winning bidder matches, so it was definitely the high bidder.

Same problem here. Had two auctions close out last night around 11:00. NO WBNs have gone out STILL. I tried sending them manually and get:
A fatal error has occurred while processing your request, please try again later.
This is doing them from the Post Sale menu.
If I do each one individually, I click them, get no error, but they don't go out.
My email address is correct. The list #s are: 1090697972 and 1090697018

Hi Peiklk,
I would like to try the 1-click send from my end, please let me know if it is okay to try to send the WBNs for those auctions.

Yes, I have a DNS issue that is being resolved. But how are you doing this that this would cause you a problem? You send via your mail server, correct?

Hi,
The WBN is setup to tell the buyer to email you if there are any questions, so the system is setup to make sure the email address on file is valid before it will allow the WBN to be sent. If you are having issues being able to accept email right now, you would probably want to setup another temporary account someplace so you do not miss any communications from your buyers - and also so the system will allow you to send the WBN without an error message.

Thanks for sharing the steps. I hate it's done that way, but I least I see how it happens.
I adjusted my email temporarily and they went out. It would be helpful if the error message would indicate the reason for the problem (invalid email), instead of seeming like it was an AW fault.
