I had exactly the same problem this week - some of my winning bidder notices did not go out and at least one of my closed auctions is not showing up in my closed section - so I don't even know whether a notice went out or not.

Hi retrod,

Can you send us some auction id's as examples so we can investigate this issue? This may be related to the problems this week at eBay.

Hi Retrod,

If an auction is not present in your closed section, then it does not have PSM keys, so WBN has not been sent. Did your auction close with buy-now?
