I just received a hardcopy of an order confirmation page. The prices are not shown - they are cut off on the right-hand side of the page.
I had to go to the actual PSM page to see if the amount of the money order was correct.
If anyone in AW support would like to e-mail me a fax number, I'd be more than willing to send it so that you can see what we are talking about.

Hi Larry,
This problem seems to be a printing issue on the customer's end. If the printer settings are not configured to compress pages you want to print on one page, then it will print out the way that you have described it. I have experimented with this on my end so I know what you are referring to.

I have customers that are sending me their print out from the AW and all of them do not have the total on the right hand side, it is cut off.
I really think AW needs to look at their format since they started the new PMS. I used to have customers print the page and it was fine.
As usual, it is the sellers/customers fault that everything is not working properly.
There seems to be certain printers and/or drivers that default to a setting that does not print the whole page. If I use my Laserjet it seems to fine, but about half (literally, half) my customers (mostly inkjet printers) who include the Order Confirmation page have had to write in the dollar amounts by hand. Their margins do NOT look unusually large.
It makes AuctionWatch look bad and it makes me look bad. All that would have to happen to fix it would be to make that table narrower.
I remember seeing this posted about a year and a half ago.
Jeff
PS I'd be happy to send you or scan for you an example of what we're talking about.

My original response to Sonya's answer has been deleted (and I don't keep copies).
But the bottom line is: There is no way that we - as sellers - can communicate with all of our buyers that AW wants them to make sure they have a certain printer setting before they print out the pages. That's absurd.
Everyone seems to agree that more than half of the printers seem to have the problem now. They didn't before the PSM upgrades - why not simply fix it?
And please don't try to turn this around and make this problem the customer's burden. It will lower sales and reduce revenue.
LuskDeals -- I am checking on the issue you raised with the tables right now.
Kahml -- nothing posted in this thread has been deleted. The suggestions to check printer settings are not made to blame the customer or the buyer. They are made because when you print off the web most of the time if you want your printout to fit on one page, you have to have your printer settings indicate that.

I have had this problem since the new PMS was initiated. My customers print out the order confirmation and send it with the payment and all the totals on the right hand side are missing, most are hand writing the totals in or leaving it off totally.
I have my printer set to compress as AW suggest, it still does not print the right hand side of the shipping invoices.
With all the new PSM, I as a seller have more work and my customers will not complete the new forms due to them being confusing.
I really wish AW would revert back to some of the old formats that were more "people friendly" and simply to use.

Because the dollar amounts don't show up on the printed order confirmation, one of my buyers paid as though shipping/insurance was free. Sheesh! This needs a printer-friendly fix.
