I was thinking it would be helpful to be able to have the messages that buyers leave for sellers in post sale management emailed to the seller.
Only about 1/4 of my customers fill out step 2 but I have hundreds of closed auctions. It would be easier to receive their messages (if any) in my email instead of having to go to each one individually to see if they had anything to say. Just a thought.
Or another solution would be to have the option of removing that box from the WBN when they go to step 2. This way they would email if they had a question or comment.
