Help
I'm having trouble saving new messages in my post sale management page. I type in the new messages and select save. I get the message that they have been updated BUT they are still the old messages.

Hi cathmomnpa,
This may be happening because your browser cache is full. When you request that page, your browser keeps showing the old page. What changes are you trying to make and I can confirm that they have been made.
To clear the cache in Internet Explorer, look under "Tools" in the top menu bar. Open "Internet Options", and the option to clear the cache will appear under "Temporary Internet Files" in the "General" menu. It is always a good idea to clear the History, as well.
In Netscape, look under "Edit" in the top toolbar, and open "Preferences". Click the box next to "Advanced", then "Cache". You will want to clear both the disk and memory cache.
