Maybe I am the only consumer that is having a problem with the New PSM Shipping/Invoice Labels printing properly. Prior to the New PSM System, they printed fine. Now the labels have so much wasted space between the to and from, it does not fit on a label. The Invoice is so wide that it does not print the last column on the far right (Totals of sale/shipping/insurance). This is happening to all my invoices, not certain ones.
Please have engineers check and rectfy this problem.

Hi Robert,
On the print packing slip page there should be a drop down above where you can adjust the pixels. Regarding the wide printing -- this most likely has to do with how you have your printer settings. Check and make sure you have it set so that when you print a page, it compresses the page to fit on one piece of paper. This should eliminate the problem with the column dropping off.

Hi Kahml,
We are currently working on changing the way the labels work and print based on the feedback we have received since the new upgrades to Post Sale. These upgrades will be more user friendly to the types of labels typically used. The suggestions made can help to eliminate some of the problems described in the original topic of the thread.
