We sell jewelry and require Insurance for all our shippments can you please make am option to include insurance with all orders , giving the customer the option does not work as most select no and We have to insure all packages reguardless, Right now we have to calculate and update the shipping charges for each order , if insurance were mandatory , no choice givin this would solve our problem.

I AM ALSO HAVING A PROBLEM BECAUSE U.S. EXPRESS MAIL IS AUTOMATICLY INSURED UP TO 500
SO ADDING MORE INSURANCE PER HUNDRED WOULD ONLY WORK AFTER $500 THE SAME FOR FEDEX ,


THE SHIPPING CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE ADJUSTED AND OPTIONS SET FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL SHIPPING METHOD , PLEASE DO THIS RIGHT INSTEAD OF BANDAIDS EVERY 6MONTHS.

Insurance choices do not work for me, because I use USPS. Here is a copy of their insurance schedule.
$0.01 to $50.00 $1.10
50.01 to 100.00 2.00
100.01 to 200.00 3.00
200.01 to 300.00 4.00
300.01 to 400.00 5.00
400.01 to 500.00 6.00
500.01 to 600.00 7.00
600.01 to 700.00 8.00
700.01 to 800.00 9.00
800.01 to 900.00 10.00
900.01 to 1,000.00 11.00
1,000.01 to 5,000.00 $11.00 plus $1.00 for each $100 or

As you can see, the way your insurance choices are set up, I can't give a choice for the $50.00 increments.

There have been many threads on this subject of insurance - and AW has always answered to explain it in your auctions. LOL...scroll down in the threads and you will find these. Until AW can get it figured out - how I have handled this is to include the insurance in the cost of my shipping. Not exactly what I prefer - but the only way I can come across as not trying to gouge my customers on insurance or looking unprofessional when I say 1.10 in my auction and then send them a WBN that asks for 2.00.

This is a very big issue AW - and I wish you would take a look at it SOON!!!!
