I have had 3 complaints over the last 24 hours from 3 different bidders stating they were unable to use the WBN form. I've had to manually email info back & forth ..... what is going on ?

Hi Ess4,

Did they tell you why they were unable to use the form -- were they not able to go to the link, or could they just not understand it?
