Please can someone there do something about my continual plight!! I continue to have billing for image fees although I am in the standard plan, only launch and relist from aw and do not use images for anything else!
In the past I was told I had to go in and ask for a refund - this is on an individual basis per error. I was refunded - however it is now up to 41 IMAGE FEES - I shouldn't have to go in and ask for 41 individual refunds! That is beyond ridiculous - HELP!!!

Ditto!!!! Your service is continuously getting worse and worse, and more expensive..it cannot be cost effective for you, or perhaps overcharging is your way to make up for it??
