I am Signed up on the Annual plan and my "view your Payment plan" indicates this correctly. However my Stament shows a Standard plan that I have never indicated I am even remotley interested in! and I am being charged a FVF for every single auction which is CRAP. I need this billing error fixed ASAP and would appreciate a fast resolution and response in this matter.Also the billing cycle will be charging in the next day or 2 and this need to be fixed BEFORE then as I do not want or expect the hassle of fixing this on my credit card statement.

The Very First Day you made it available. I just looked back on my statement and you have been charging me .10 a listing since march with a FVF and it should be .05 and no FVF as my plan indicates. This needs solved as I have been overchaged tremendously for over a month now. my view your plan indicates the correct plan and your billing statement does not and I am VERY upset about this and I do not need the run around but need it solved from the point I have been overchaged for EVERYTHING !

You can also go back on this very board and see where I asked and you indicated that I am indeed signed up on the annual plan and would be at .05 and no FVF. that was the smae dayit was made available also. I hate to beat a dead horse but this is a HUGE issue with me. i cant see how it can indicate on my view account i am on the annual plan and the statement indicates otherwise. not a minor mistake in my book !

I have no idea what the title of that thread was. I asked several times leading up to the installation of the annual plan and then I signed up on it that day and asked on a different thread if I did it correctly and was informed I did. If you can pull up those date you should be able to search my name. My account plan still indicates I am on the Annual plan. Pull up my account and click the view payment plan and it clearly indicates I am on the Annual plan. I do not use any of the post sales tools and Never have and have no use for any plan except the annual one. Do you not have the capability to pull up my posts by my name and find that post yourself ? I guess I can try to go back and find it but thats not really my job and bottom line is my view account has the Correct plan. it's your billing page the DOES NOT.

the name of the thread is ANNUAL LISTING PLAN and it is dated 3-11-02 at 11:02 am and you yourself sonya informed me I was signed up for it. I'll be away from the computer for about the next hour and a half. Hopefully you can clear this issue up. I'll check in when I return so please respond.

Ok Now I am Furious and I need some pretty quick answers. I got no e-mail from you and yet this morning I get a bill statement that says I have been charged this month on the standard plan. On top of that you have change my "view your account" over to now show that it is the standard plan and not the annual plan that it has shown since day one and all the way up to yesterday when I brought this to your attention. You are making a big problem into a huge one that may cost you a customer that has been with you from the start. I need this fixed and I need the billing errors corrected !!!! PLEASE RESPOND ASAP !

I am still being charged standard plan rates. My bill now show last nights .10 listing fees and FVF fees even after I was told I was switched back over. View account now shows correct plan but view billing does not!

ok it is now the 27 and I am still be charged .10 listing fees and fvf fees on the standard plan. I was also told via e-mail I would have to request a refund for anything after the 23. Do you really think it is fair for me to have to request hundreds of refunds individually because you are not changing over and fixing the problem fast enough. Please advise as to a more specific date and time I can expect a resolution to this lingering problem as it is getting pretty old pretty fast.

May 3 and I am still not being charged correctly. I was given the credit promised but it is now deducting incorrect charges off of that credit. It still is using the standard plan. I am being charge .05 for listing now but I am not suppose to have all these FVF fees. How long SPECIFICALLY until this is correct and I hope I am still not expected to ask for a refund for all incorrect charges after the 23 of april as there are hundreds of them. Any help or response would be greatly appreciated !
