Hi,

Is there a way to set a default customer note on invoices rather than having to write specific non changing info each time.

Hi Darinoreman,

Unfortunately you cannot preset notes on the invoices. You can edit the WBN plus any reminders to include this information in Post Sale Management Options, in your My Account tab.
