I am trying to find out how to officially close an account so I can open another with a different user ID. When I tried to just open another...they wouldn't let me. So I just want to start fresh and close one completely! Thanks for your help.

Hi Shawnssweetness,

In order to close your account, you will need to write in to [email protected] requesting account closure. You can open up another account right now under a different email address, unless you would like to wait until this one is closed.
