Hello, Sure hope someone can help me. I listed 11 auctions thru AW to begin on Sunday night. When I checked my "sales manager" later on, 3 of the 11 auctions were still in pending with "errors." I clicked on each error and was prompted to either edit the auction or try to relaunch. I checked the auctions to see if they needed editing, then clicked relaunch hoping they would list for me. I later went to my "sales manager" and was happy to find that the 3 with errors on them were now in my active area. Today I happened to check my auctions through "My eBay" instead of AW and found I had 14 items for sale...then realized 3 of them had been listed TWICE by AW! I need to know what I should do. I do know I want a refund from AW as well as from eBay for these 3 duplicate auctions. I would also like to cancel the 3 duplicate auctions. Do I cancel thru eBay or thru AW? Any guidance you can provide will be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you. seaaire

Thank you Sonya for your quick response. It certainly was appreciated.
I have cancelled the 3 duplicate auctions on eBay and now have other questions: How did this happen? I've relaunched auctions before and never had a problem. Also, I will be requesting refunds from AW for the 3 auctions that AW duplicated. Will AW take responsibility and credit my AW account for fees incurred at eBay??
I look forward to your reply and thanks again!

These scenario's are why most all of the error messages in pending include a note to check the auction venue also before resubmitting your items. If there is an error during submission, and we are unable to verify the launch of your auction, they will be returned in error. Sometimes, the auctions may have actually been listed, but since we were unable to verify they were not imported to your active list. It is always a good idea to check your sellers list before resubmitting auctions from pending.
We are happy to refund you any AW fees for these items, but you will need to request the refund for the eBay fees at eBay directly.
