In Feb. I opened an account with auctionwatch. They sent me an email saying my account would not be open because the credit card would not accept the charge.

So I hired someone else jdani2000 to run my auctions. Since then you have charged my credit card 3 times at 12.95 each. Auctionwatch never emailed me stating the account was usable. Now I have been charged 39.00 and have not even listed one item nor have I loaded one picture.

I tried to file a refund but it keeps coming up non refundable. I realize you just answer technical question ands this is not the place to put this question up but can you give me some information of whom to talk to.

Hi Grannystreasure,

You will need to email [email protected] regarding this issue -- do you have a copy of the email sent to you that said your account wouldn't be open?
