You are still emailing me your neweletter update stuff to an email address that I've taken off of all sites that I receive stuff from because I'm gonna get rid of that email account. I took it out of your site as well and put in my new email but your newsletter/update emails are still being sent there (ebay related WBN etc are going to the correct email address) and I thought I took out that old email from my AW acct info and I just searched all over the My Account stuff on your site and I don't see the old email anywhere and so I don't know what to do. I really don't have time for this. My brother committed suicide 3 weeks ago and I have enough to deal with at the moment. I'm almost ready to take a bottle of pills myself because I've been so upset lately and having to deal with everything and all the $ to go to Tucson, AZ from Connecticut for the funeral and everything and we couldn't even afford to leave town much less travel across country and everything seems to be going wrong. Tell me why the newsletter/update emails are going to an email address that I no longer have listed on your site so I can get it switched over to the new email (that I've had for a couple of months now) so I can ditch the old email without worrying about not getting emails that I want to get.

Dont you read? i dont want to unsubscribe! i have my current email on file but your subscription emails are still going to the old email address that i took off my acct info. what part of that dont you people understand?

I am confused, I read your post as wanting to stop the newsletter updates from going to your old email address. Is that correct? What is your old email address?

i didnt want to "post" any of my email addresses but the old one that im gonna ditch is an @snet.net email and the new one is a hotmail acct. do i have to unsubscribe and then resubscribe or what? i thought by removing the old email when i put in the new one on my AW acct info that that was all i needed to do but for some reason your system still has the old email stored somewhere where i cant see it or take it out. i dont get it. maybe it doesnt matter since i may not be around long enough to use AW much longer anyway. sorry i brought it up.

Hi Antelope67,
Changing your email address does not change it for the newsletter. You'd need to resubscribe to that and remove your old one. I apologize if I didn't make this clearer in my above post. If you have any more trouble with this please let me know.
