I have just noticed that whenever I combine multiple auctions into an order, there is a problem with the Shipment Status Notification. It does not insert the method that the package will be shipped. It is always there on single items, but never shows up on multiple item orders.
The most recent order # is 527862258. I have already edited it to send it out, though. The customer had filled out the WBN, and the shipping method was listed on the fullfilment checklist page. It is just not getting into the 'Shipment Status Notification' page.

If you send the shipment status notification from the fulfillment checklist (step 6) it will include the shipping method. I will see about getting it corrected the other way, through Post Sale Express.

I was sending it through the fulfillment checklist. I clicking on the PSM buttons to go to the individual order. Then I scrolled down to #6. Then I clicked 'preview' to make sure that it was going out correctly. That's when I noticed it. I don't send out 'shipment status notifications' throught the Post Sale Express. I always go into the individual auction or order.

Yes. As I stated in my first post, I had already edited that one. Look at Order #527862073. The customer has already chosen their shipping method, but if you preview the Shipment Status Notification, it doesn't have it.
Individual auctions in which the customer has chosen their shipping choice, it is clearly stated in the Shipment Status Notification (example: auction #1722772749)
