Help!!
I don't know what I am doing wrong. Is there a certain size or dimension the uploaded images need to be to have the "click to enlarge image" feature activate on my auctions? All of mine are staying very large in the listing and taking people forever to download them, and hence, becoming frustrated with the wait time and just leaving my listing. Is there something different I should be doing when I upload the images to let AW know I want them decreased in size, and then able to use the "click to enlarge image" feature. I have selected that option in my set-up in AW. Help!!! Thanks so much. Karen

Hi Imaxstitcher,
When you select that option, it only applies to auctions you launch afterward. Currently active auctions will not have the "click to enlarge" link on them. I checked your account and you did the setup right.
