Hi Mkanayama,
Inventory Profiles allow you to prefill your auction listing with information you've saved in your inventory, so that you don't have to keep typing the same thing over and over again. To create one you would basically create an inventory item, then check the box to save it as a profile item as well.

Thanks. Ok, so if I create a new inventory item and select profile item. Lets say I now want to create a new item with the same info. How do I go about doing that?

Hi Mkanayama,
To apply a profile item, from the Sales Manager tab click on Create Listing. Select eBay from the list and then on the right side, you will see a drop down menu to apply a profile item. Click on it and select the name of your profile. When you hit Continue, you will see that some of the fields have been prefilled for you.
