What about the layout of your text are you wanting to change exactly? There are a number of things you can do to change the look of your auctions, what about the text are you wanting to edit?
It sounds like you will want to change the layout of your images a little. Right now the default text giving your terms does show up below the description area - but you have the images on bottom layout.
If you just want the images to be above all of that, try using one of the other templates. They are all marked as to what the image layout is. Look for a template that places the images on top, or on the sides instead of your current selection.
