i haven't been able to get the gallery pic's to show up and getting charged for it. what can i do?

Hi wildmare,

Can you provide an example of an auction where you selected the Gallery and a picture, but the image did not show up? We would be happy to investigate.

Hi Wildmare,

Has this happened to other auctions before or is this the first one? eBay has a gallery resubmit form, you can use that to submit the image so it shows in the gallery.

yes,,this has happened before. have trouble with ebay responding,,,i tried to resumit and it didn't work
