Hi wildmare,
These are stored in your preferences - in order to edit your preferences, click My Account, then Global Preferences. You can edit the shipping terms there and the changes will apply to any new auctions that you launch.
If you need to change the shipping terms in an active auction, you will need to revise the auction on eBay directly.

Auctionwatch has only listed insurance charge on up to $100. Many of our pieces sell for under $100 making insurance $1.10. It also lists selling price with insurance included and then list insurance options resulting in buyer double paying insurance when checking this option. Is there a way to remove just dollar amount without checking i do not offer insurance?
