Got this email from customer this a.m.
Hello there!
Not only have I paid for the item, but I have already received it. This
is the third time I have gotten this message, so you may want to check
your program to see if it's working correctly.
My post sale shows I have everything filled in except the last 2 blocks, i.e., item received and feedback received. It has been this way since 4/30!

Would love to answer this customer professionally but before you know it..I/the customer...have been waiting 24 hours since their email to me. Please help.............How do I get a repeat customer if I don't respond with apologies! Whether I goofed or AW....I want to respond SOON..Please let me know what to tell this customer!!!!!!!!!!
Did you ever click to send a payment reminder, even once? Unfortunately, the payment reminder does not record how many times you send one out like the WBN does.
It is possible there was a browser/page error at the time you did click to send it (if you did) that caused it to duplicate. It would be helpful to know if they were all sent back to back. (not sure if you want to ask the buyer for more information on this issue.)
