My "Active Listings" panel lost about 9 auctions that I have listed on eBay via AW. They were there an hour ago??? Any Idea how to get them back??? some are going off soon.
Unfortunately, you will need to track those items in using the item number, as the track option by username is currently being worked on.
These items were all in your active list, then just vanished? I checked your account, and currently it does appear that 7 of your active eBay items are not showing in the Sales Manager.

yes, they just vanashed!
2 of the 9 auctions that I mentioned had ended... leaving the 7 that you are seeing. One of the two ended with a winning bid? will they come back anytime?
If the items are gone from your account, you will need to track them in via their item number. The post sale keys should still show up for auctions that were launched via AuctionWatch.
We will check with engineering on this, and search for any other reports of this happening. Any new information will be posted back to this thread.

I cannot track by auction number in AW only via eBay. The post sale keys are not showing up. The 9 auctions that I mentioned are completely gone from AW's web based program. 2 of them have closed since the vanishing and there is no post sale keys for them. They are not showing up anywhere!!! They were in my active listings until I clicked "Refresh" on the Control Panel??? once it refreshed they disappeared??? I originally launched them via BE. I opened BE program and since I launched those 9 auctions 3 or so days ago I haven't done a Synchronization. So when I opened up BE all 9 were all in there as "Pending" like they should. I figured that I didn't have anything to lose, so I did a synchronization to get my BE up to date. as expected...they disappeared there too.
I guess as the 9 lost auctions close I have to do EVERYTHING manually using the info provided by "My eBay" page (Send WBN, Check for return of WBN, Print invoice, etc...)???

This is a mess. I will not be at my email address to send out a manual WBN. I am leaving town and my AW listed auctions have Vanished??? Any1 else have had this problem? For some reason I cant revise the lost auctions to go off in 7 days instead of 3. I get an input error when I try to change the duration in eBay. I know I am taking a leak in the wind!

The auctions in question were new listings uploaded via BE and were in my "Active Listings" for a couple of days. I clicked refresh at my AW control Panel and the Auctions Vanished...gone as if I deleted them. I know I didnt delete them.

Hello dstechnologies,
We have isolated this to a problem that eBay was experiencing yesterday. If you check your closed section, the auctions are most likely in closed with erroneous titles. If you locate these auctions, check them, then click "Refresh" they should reappear back in your active section.
Please let us know if you have any trouble with this.
