I have been an auctionwatch member for a very long time. I guess I am going to have to close out both my accounts jdani2000 and jdani2001. Your enhancements have given me 150% more work. Two customers out of 11 used the checkout that you offered. I had too do the old fashioned email for the other 9. When I started this site it was free. You have since started charging and then you have since raised the rates at least twice and maybe 3 times. I have not complained about the prices to bad but now you are making me do so much extra work!
You blame this on customers not wanting to fill in the information. Do you think you can quit blaming our customers for one minute and figure out why nobody wants to go through your 3 page checkout!
I wonder why people just want us to email our address, total, and payment method to them instead of filling out a three page checkout (kinda like filling out a job application)
Almost all internet providers offer free image hosting and web space, knowing this I feel like all I am paying for is a headache.

Hi Jdani2000,
Your frustration is understandable when people do not want to fill out the WBN. We try to make it as easy as possible to understand, and to complete. Many users change the wording in their WBNs to try to coerce the winners into filling them out -- unfortunately not everyone will want to fill out a form, no matter how many pages long it is.
If you have any suggestions that you feel might simplify the process, we would be happy to hear them. We make our enhancements based on user feedback and would appreciate yours.

Same here people are basicly lazy i think when it comes to filling out a form which is mainly a few simple clicks on that page. Make one page checkout would be simpler but do What i did, added all the information to my WBN and instructions to fill it out or at least email me their information but reply one way or other. no need to send out another email if you cover all your basis in the WBN. If they don't reply now that upsets me.

Your original WBM was one page simple, I had customers that loved it. It was direct, to the point, not alot of "Mickey Mouse". Now there are dromp down boxes, click of chipping address is the same, tax calculation, ect. It is not people friendly. Customers love simple, noncomplicated, fast procedures. Not a long drawn out application. If you really are listening to your customers feedback, you should have already pick up on that.
Remember people friendly.
