Can anyone tell me if/how I can receive carbon copies of all emails I send to a customer.
I have my settings checked to send me a copy of the WBN but I don't seem to get copies of any of the others. This is very important for me because most of my transactions involve personalized details in the emails and I often have to go back and refer to them.

Hi sonicfetish,
The only CC's that you have available are from the WBN that is sent out. You can view and Edit the other messages by going to My Account, Post Sale Mgt Options.
