Having trouble accesing my post-sale feature. I get a message: (Error with the counter system! Couldn't read from socket!)

Has anyone else experienced this? Every other feature functions but the main "post-sale" page.

I've tried from different browser versions, but same error appears.

Thanks for any help...

Thanks for the response but... still not working. Still get this message.

[ Error with the counter system! Couldn't read from socket! ]

What exactly is the "counter system" and what needs to be plugged into the "socket"!!!???
