Hello
I know the awhile back another member had this problem with the auctions picking up the wrong photo and attaching it. AW keep saying that she would the ONLY one with this problem even after I posted that I had the same problem on relist.
Well I have it again on #2023424358. The really bad part of this is that the bidder is an ebay employee.
I don't want to delete the rhinestone comb that attached to my Heisey glass auction as I plan to list it soon.
I plan to do a lot of relist in the next week or so - can you get this corrected so it does happen again.
Thanks

Hi Ladyjewels2000,

When you relisted this, did you edit it at all? What was the auction ID for the original auction?

The listing # on the original was 2019973571. I don't think I edited it at all because I knew I had a buyer. I did delete the first photo but not with an edit - with Image Hosting before I relisted. Also I did not change the template either - never used that split arrangement if I can help it.
I would not have put a lot of time in it as I knew I had a buyer and the price is low.
Also why is it that when I go to AW via one of my ebay auction - sometimes I must sign in and sometime I don't need to sign in?
Thanks

Hi Ladyjewels2000,

I am not sure as to why this is happening, when you say you deleted the first photo was it the comb or something different?

Regarding the sign in question, if you quit your browser you automatically log yourself out of your AW account so it would depend on how you are viewing the auctions.

The original listing was fine so it was the Heisey glass and plate photo that I deleted. I have never listed the comb.
I'll get back with you on the other log in question.
Thanks
