when i go to active auctions and turn on auto wbn , i then have to go to each individual auction and select the payment methods and shipping methods and then save the active auction , if I dont do this the auto wbn sends a wbn with no options in the pull downs for shipping and pay methods,

Hi jewljack,
Actually, the WBN system was setup only to work on auctions launched via AuctionWatch. Only listings you create from the Sales Manager tab direcetly will pick up your post sale preferences, otherwise you will need to manually set them up once you track them into your account.
