I have a problem with printing packaging slips that I have never had before. Maybe I did something dumb, and messed it up , but I have no idea what. I have always clicked on "print packaging slip", and it opens the window with the shipping label, invoice, etc. Now, suddenly, when I click on it, all I get is the address bar, which I then have to maximize in order to get the shipping lable / invoice page. How can I get it to open up with one click like it did before? I've been fighting with it all night, and am probably overlooking something, so I thought I would ask for some help. Thanks for your help!

Hi Horsehelper,

When you say you get just the address bar, does that mean that you get a blank page as well? Do you have to scroll through the window?

HI Sonya ~ No, I get no window at all, just the blue address bar with the minimize., maximixe and X. There is no window, just the bar.

Hello,

This is a Windows preference/option. I believe it means the last time you resized a window, or closed out of a window at that size, Windows remembered it and opens all new windows in that same size.

Try to close out of the window in its enlarged state, then exit IE. See if when you bring it back up, new windows open at the full size again.

HI ~ OK, closed out, exited IE, but it didn't make any difference. I'll bet I messed it up, and will just have to figure out how to get the windows to open up again like they did, but what I don't understand is why it only happens with Auction Watch. Thanks...

Hello,

When you go to close out of IE, resize all of the windows to be at their full window size first. Then use the file+exit option to close out of IE.

GOT IT! Ended up doing a restore to an earlier date, and it solved the problem. I do appreciate your help! Thanks a bunch!
