I've been getting numerous phone calls and emails from ANDALE claiming they are the best auction management system and trying to entice me to switche to them. I've turned them in to EBAy complaing about their SPAM. Ebay won't let sellers send solicitations to our buyers so why should they be allowed to do it? Anyone else having these annoying calls?

Maybe they should dedicate some of the resources that they are using to SPAM you with to their Customer Service. I have used Andale' and their Customer Service, especially response time to emails is very S L O W. :0

They called me too.
There is nothing more I hate than telemarketers, they’re 10 times more annoying than SPAM. Especially irritating are telemarketers who speak unintelligible BAD English. Andale should hire AMERICANS to do telemarketing. At least then, they’ll understand me when I tell them where to go.
